
RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7 day return window from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges after this period has elapsed. We kindly request that you inspect your product immediately upon receipt. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items can be returned but are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover packaging, labor, and re-listing costs. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. The sole exception to this policy is if your shipment arrives damaged or destroyed. In such cases, we will initiate a formal claim with the courier service. To process this claim, we’ll need your cooperation in providing necessary documentation, including photographs of the box, wrapping, and any damage to the item. If an item is lost during transit, we will work diligently with you to track its whereabouts. Should the item remain unlocated, we'll collaborate with you to find the best solution.
